All the patient parties are requested to know in details about the expenditure, rules regulations before admission of patients from the reception office.
The legal guardian of the patient and accompanying persons are requested to sign on the consent form for treatment / surgery and the admission form at the time of admission of any patient.
In case of surgical patients 50% of the cost of operation is to be deposited at the office before operation.
In case of non-surgical patients 50% of estimated cost needs to be paid at the office within next 48 hours.
Patients under 12 years of age should be accompanied by one adult female attendant from home sharing the same bed with the patient.
An additional adult female attendant may be allowed inside the ward to stay with the patient with permission from doctor but she will not be allowed to share the patient’s bed.
For patients above the age of 12 years, only one adult female attendant is allowed to stay with the patientin the children/female ward inside the nursing home.
In the male ward an adult patient may be accompanied by one male or female attendant from home.
The attendants staying with the patients in the Nursing Home will not be allowed to eat their meals inside the ward. Separate dining table is available for their use. The visitors coming from outside will by no means be permitted to eat any type of food inside the patients ward nor they will be allowed to use the toilets inside the nursing home. Separate toilets for male and female are available inside the nursing home complex but outside the indoor wards.
The wet clothes and dresses of the patients or the attendants need to be taken outside or home for drying.
Outside shoes/foot wears are not allowed inside the nursing home.
If any Patients party wants to stay overnight in the nursing home waiting room, he is requested to take necessary permission from the doctor.
Visiting hours in the nursing home for the well-wishers is scheduled as 11am to 12noon & 4pm to 6pm.
More than two visitors are not allowed to enter the nursing home wards at a time.
